Bokka Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy, together with the Terms of Business, governs how Bokka processes, stores and handles your personal information. As used in this Privacy Policy, ‘’Bokka’’ refers to the company Bokka Limited, including, without limitation to its owners, directors, investors, employees or other related parties, hereinafter referred to as “The Company”. Depending upon the frame of reference, ‘’Bokka’’ and “Services” may refer to the services, website, content and materials provided by The Company to You.


‘’Personal Information’’ refers to information that identifies an individual, such as name, residential address, e-mail address, telephone number trading information, documents obtained according to The Company’s KYC Policy and details collected over the course of providing services to you. ‘Personal Information’ does not include anonymized and/or accumulated data that does not identify a unique user, such as information published on blockchains and other public networks in association with the services provided by The Company.

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to describe:

i) The nature of Personal Information collected by The Company and how it may be used;

The Company collects Personal Information that you provide to The company when you open a Bokka Account, execute any transactions on the Bokka Platform, or use other Bokka Services. That may include:

i) Personal Information, such as name, date of birth, residential address and email address.
ii) Account Information, such as username and password.
iii) Financial information, such as bank account numbers, bank statement and trading related information.
iv) Proof of Identity verification information, such as images of your government issued ID, passport, driving license and national ID card.
v) Proof of Residence verification information, such as a utility bill or similar information.

The company also faithfully collects certain information such as but not limited to computer and device properties such as operating system, browser, system resources, make and model, IP address, location and user behaviour information when you approach the Bokka website or use Bokka Services. The purpose of obtaining this information is;

i) Aggregated to provide statistical data about user’s browsing actions and patterns.
ii) Used to obtain troubleshooting information.
iii) Used to provide security information in relation to providing services.
iv) Used to assess marketing campaign performance.


The Company website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are located on your computer from the use of websites that you visit frequently. They are widely used in order to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the owners of the website.

The Company’s service provider(s) analyses this information and give The Company aggregated reports. The information and analysis provided by The Company’s service provider(s) will be used to assist The Company in better understanding visitor’s interests in the website and how to better follow those interests. The information collected by the service provider(s) may be linked to and connected with information that The Company collects about you while you are using Bokka. The company’s service provider(s) are lawfully restricted from using the information they receive from the website other than to assist The Company.


The Company may use your Personal Information to:

i) Handle your transactions. The Company will process your Personal Information only for the purpose(s) for which it has been administered to The company.
ii) Verify your identity in accordance with the Money Laundering Regulations 2007, as well as address other law enforcement needs as described in more details our Terms of Use.
iii) Illustrate your service and user experience.
iv) Analyze website usage, and better our website and website offerings.
v) Help The Company to answer your customer service requests and support needs.
vi) Contact you about Bokka services. The email address you provide may be used to communicate information and updates related to your use of Bokka. We may also sometimes communicate company news, updates, promotions, and related information relating to similar products and services provided by The Company.

The Company does not implement behavioural tracking for customer’s activities on its website or across different websites, nor does The Company allow third-party data collection through Bokka.

In processing your transactions, The Company may use and share some of your Personal Information with a third party service such as Google, used for business operations. Your information will not be sold, exchanged, or shared with any third parties without your consent, except to provide Bokka Services or as required by law. By using our Services and accepting our Terms of Business, you consent to the disclosure of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to third parties (see list below) for marketing, advertising, or other related operations for Bokka’s purposes only. Your information will not be sold, exchanged to others companies.

The Company’s third party service providers are contractually bound to protect and use such information only for the purpose for which it was disclosed, except as otherwise compelled or permitted by law. The Company ensures that such third parties will be bound by terms no less protective than those described in this Privacy Policy, or those The Company is accountable for in regards to applicable data protection laws.


The Company may share your Personal Information with law enforcement, data protection authorities, government officials, and other authorities when:

i) Compelled by subpoena, court order, or other legal procedure.
ii) The Company believes that disclosure is necessary to prevent physical harm or financial loss

The Company stores and process your Personal Information in data centres wherever The Company facilities or services are located. As such, The Company may transfer your Personal Information in accordance with our legal and regulatory obligations.


You have the right to access your Personal Information to correct, update, and block inaccurate and/or incorrect data. To exercise this right, contact The Company at and The Company will reply to your request only where this is not inconsistent with our Terms of Business and other legal regulatory requirements.
